SSC JE Syllabus 2016
SSC JE Exam Question standard will be approx. of the level of Diploma in Engineering in any field (Mechanical /Civil/ Electrical) from a recognized Institute or University recognized by AIBTE. Question will be set in SI if required. Complete Syllabus is mentioned below.
General Intelligence & Reasoning
Question will be based on verbal or non-verbal type. Candidate’s ability type question can be asked sometimes that deal with abstract ideas and symbols & their relationships, arithmetical computations and other analytical functions. Question will be asked based on following topics analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgments, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc.
SSC JE General Awareness Syllabus
Question will be asked related to environmental to test general awareness questions. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current affairs. The test will also include questions 11 relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Polity and Scientific Research, etc. These questions will be such that they do not require a special study of any discipline.
SSC JE General Engineering Syllabus – (Civil, Structural, Electrical & Mechanical)
